What does mono with noise cancellation mean?
I’m looking at a website for my webcam, and it says built-in microphone – mono with noise cancellation what does that mean?

It means that what you hear from the speakers will always be the same on each speaker (there is no concept of left, right, front back etc.). For example, you can not record surround sound stuff using that microphone.
Noise cancellation tries to cancel out ambient noise from your recording to give a clearer audio signal.
